Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is custom printed just for you, so please allow time for both production and shipping.
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping time (US): 3–5 business days standard
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), please allow a few extra days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece in the STUDIO BLITZ collection is created from original, personally designed artwork — printed on demand just for you — all sales are considered custom orders and are final by default. That said, we genuinely want you to love what you receive, so here's how we handle it:
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue
- You received the wrong item or size
To request a resolution:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@studioblitz.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, as each item is made to order
- Sale items and digital downloads are final sale
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
We take great pride in the quality of every piece and stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we want to know.
Do you ship overseas?
"We primarily serve customers in the United States, but we can accommodate international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability to your country and provide accurate delivery timeframes and costs." Costs and length of time for delivery will depend on the location of course.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders usually can be canceled if done within a short time from ordering before it goes into production. Once in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
