Studio Blitz Refund Policy

Every Studio Blitz item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Studio Blitz will handle the concern with our production partner. Customers do not need to contact the production partner directly. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

If a return or store credit is approved, the store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
