Every Studio Blitz item is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
Studio Blitz will handle the concern with our production partner. Customers do not need to contact the production partner directly. We will arrange a replacement or, if you prefer a monetary refund, review your refund request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
If you prefer store credit instead of an approved monetary refund, the credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more, excluding luggage. Luggage has separate shipping charges shown at checkout.
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after submission. The actual timeframe depends on the product, Print Provider, availability, order size, and time of year. Production times can increase during holidays and high-volume periods.
Delivery estimates vary by Print Provider, destination, and shipping method. Check your order details for estimated ship-by and delivery dates. All dates are estimates, not guarantees.
